From Ballots to Big Dreams: Your Vote, Your Future! Step inside the Supervisor of Elections office for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour to see how ballots are created and counted. Discover how to register to vote, understand the steps to participate in an election, and explore the basics of how city government operates. You'll also learn about the election process at the local, state, and national levels-and even how you could run for office one day. This hands-on experience will inspire you to become an informed and active citizen.

Program Fees: $10/Girl Scout, $0/adult
Registration is required for attendance even when there is no cost to attend. This is for us to ensure we have correct information on the roster for the program partner and maintain girl-adult ratio for safety which is our top priority.
Additional Details:
A Girl Scout level appropriate Democracy Badge is included for each registered Girl Scout girl. This program is for 2025 - 26 registered Girl Scout girls and registered and background-checked adults.
Girl/adult ratios must be followed unless otherwise indicated in the program description. Adults are expected to stay on the premises.
Cancellation and Refunds:
All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email) before Close Date. You will receive confirmation via email if the request has been approved. If the program is cancelled due to weather, low registration numbers or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified via email to the email listed at the time of registration. Plans to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the program will be included in this email. All registrants will be given the option to reschedule (if option is available) or receive a refund at the time of cancellation. Refunds may only be credited to the credit card account used at the time of purchase.
