Have a question about Girl Scouts? Whether you're a troop leader, a parent, or someone interested in becoming a Girl Scout, our customer service team is happy to help. 

 

Hours

Customer Care is available Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm ET (8am to 4pm CT) and Fridays from 9am to 4pm ET (8am to 3pm CT). The Jacksonville Leadership Center is open Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm (8am to 3pm CT) and Fridays from 9am to 1pm ET (8am to 12pm CT). The Trefoil Boutique Shop is open Tuesdays 10am-2pm ET, Thursdays 2pm-6pm ET,  and the second Saturday of each month from 10am-2pm ET.
