Join the Florida Springs Institute for an immersive weekend of fun and adventure while learning about the wonders of the springs. Meet and learn from the scientists who study our springs, the cave divers who explore them, and the artist who capture their beauty! Participants will hear presentations, while also having the chance to explore nearby springs and camp near Ichetucknee Springs State Park.

Program Date/Time: May 17-18, 2025; 9 AM - 1 PM Eastern Time
Program Fees: $250/Girl Scout, $250/Adult
Additional Details:
This is an overnight camping trip. Meals and transportation to nearby springs will be provided. Not provided: swimming gear (bathing suits, towels, snorkels, etc), camping gear. Cabin camping - campers must bring bedding for cabins. Minors must have parents sign release forms prior to arrival.
This program is for 2024-25 registered Girl Scout girls and registered and background checked adults. The adult to girl ratio must be satisfied.
For safety and supervision reasons, troops and individuals are not permitted to bring non-Girl Scouts or siblings.
Cancellation and Refunds:
All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email) before April 15, 2025. You will receive confirmation via email if the request has been approved. If the program is cancelled due to weather, low registration numbers or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified via email to the email listed at the time of registration. Plans to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the program will be included in this email. All registrants will be given the option to reschedule (if option is available) or receive a refund at the time of cancellation. Refunds may only be credited to the credit card account used at the time of purchase.
