Become a Program Aide (PA)
Girl Scout Cadettes through Ambassadors (Grades 6 - 12) have the opportunity to share their skills passions, and experiences with younger Girl Scouts as champions for the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE).
To earn the Program Aide Award, you must first attend Program Aide Training, where you will learn to work with children, to adapt activities to suit children with special needs, and how to customize activities for various envionments. Afterwards, you'll put your new skills to the test with hands-on activities that will prepare you to work iwith younger girls in troop meeting, camp, and community and Council event settings.
