Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) Training:
An
in-person introduction to leading a troop of girls in a unique
girl-led environment that incorporates the 3 Keys to Leadership (what
girls do), the Girl Scout Processes (how they do it), and the
Leadership Experience (what they get). The training handbook is
available online and printed copy is given to each volunteer that
attends the training.
Volunteer Toolkit (VTK):
One
of our most powerful online tools. This wonderful planning resource is
for our Girl Scout Leaders. This tool allows the leaders to plan out
their entire year, manage the troop attendance, and communicate with
the caregivers of all scheduled activities. VTK is a comprehensive
digital tool accessible via the web platform on home computers,
smartphones, and tablets.
