Program Aides, also known as PAs, are Girl Scouts who plan and lead activities and events for younger girls. This training event enables girls to explore their leadership through participation in hands-on activities, skill building, and reflection. Girls must attend both days (September 6th and September 7th) in order to become certified and participate as a Program Aide. September 7th is a Daisy/Brownie Fun Day, registration for Program Aids is not required however attendance is. If you cannot attend both days, please choose a different training event when you can. Girl will need to bring a bag lunch, refillable water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, and a day bag both days.
Program Location: Camp Cuscowilla, 210 SE 134 Ave, Micanopy, FL 32667
Program Date/Time: Sept. 6, 2025 at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Eastern Standard Time (Sept. 7th program aids must return @ 8:30a.m. to run the fun day)
Program Fees: $ 25/Girl Scout, $0/Adult
Additional Details:
This program is for 2025-26 registered Girl Scout girls.
For safety and supervision reasons, troops and individuals are not permitted to bring non-Girl Scouts or siblings.
Girl/adult ratios must be followed unless otherwise indicated in the program description. Adults are expected to stay on the premises.
Cancellation and Refunds:
All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email) before Aug. 22, 2025. You will receive confirmation via email if the request has been approved. If the program is cancelled due to weather, low registration numbers or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified via email to the email listed at the time of registration. Plans to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the program will be included in this email. All registrants will be given the option to reschedule (if option is available) or receive a refund at the time of cancellation. Refunds may only be credited to the credit card account used at the time of purchase.
