Join Girl Scouts of Gateway Council for an unforgettable takeover of Disney! This magical event offers Girl Scouts the chance to experience the joy of Disney with their troop and Gateway friends. Magic, fun and fairytale moments await in the most enchanting place on Earth! This event price includes a one-day ticket to Magic Kingdom, an event shirt and patch.
Gateway will host a Disney challenge in the park and a meet up for SWAPS and photos.
Transportation, meals, accommodations are all the responsibility of the registrants.

This ticket is for annual passholders only. It does not include admission to Magic Kingdom. It only includes the shirt and patch.

Program Fees: $20/Girl Scout, $20/Adult, $20/Family Guest
Registration is required for attendance even when there is no cost to attend. This is for us to ensure we have correct information on the roster for the program partner and maintain girl-adult ratio for safety which is our top priority.
Additional Details:
- A custom patch and shirt will be provided for each registered Girl Scout girl at the conclusion of the program.
- This program is for 2025-26 registered Girl Scout girls and 2025-26 registered and background-checked adults.
- Girl/adult ratios must be followed unless otherwise indicated in the program description. Adults are expected to stay on the premises.
Cancellation and Refunds:
All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email) before Close Date. You will receive confirmation via email if the request has been approved. If the program is cancelled due to weather, low registration numbers or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified via email to the email listed at the time of registration. Plans to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the program will be included in this email. All registrants will be given the option to reschedule (if option is available) or receive a refund at the time of cancellation. Refunds may only be credited to the credit card account used at the time of purchase.
