In this program, Girl Scouts will build and test a crane to learn about simple and compound machines. There will even be a competition at the end to see whose crane can lift the most weight!

A Mechanical Engineering: Crane badge will be provided for each registered Girl Scout Junior and a engineering fun patch will be provided for each registered Girl Scout Cadette at the conclusion of the program.
This program is for 2025-26 registered Girl Scout girls and 2025-26 registered and background-checked adults.
For safety and supervision reasons, troops and individuals are not permitted to bring non-Girl Scouts or siblings.
Girl/adult ratios must be followed unless otherwise indicated in the program description. Adults are expected to stay on the premises.
Cancellation and Refunds:
All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email) before March 1st, 2026. You will receive confirmation via email if the request has been approved. If the program is cancelled due to weather, low registration numbers or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified via email to the email listed at the time of registration. Plans to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the program will be included in this email. All registrants will be given the option to reschedule (if option is available) or receive a refund at the time of cancellation. Refunds may only be credited to the credit card account used at the time of purchase.
