Conflict is a natural part of working with people- this session helps you navigate it with confidence and clarity. Explore practical tools and strategies for addressing challenging conversations with parents, girls, and fellow volunteers. You'll learn how to approach conflict with empathy, set clear expectations, and maintain positive relationships. By the end, you'll be able to recognize common sources of conflict, apply a simple framework for resolution, and lead conversations that strengthen-not strain-your community.
