Managing behavior in a Girl Scout setting starts with connection, clarity, and shared expectations. This session explores how to use the Girl Scout Law as a practical tool for guiding behavior and building a positive troop culture for troops of all program levels. You'll learn strategies for setting clear expectations, responding to common behavior challenges, and empowering girls from Daisies Ambassadors to take ownership of their actions. By the end, you'll be able to proactively establish troop norms, address behavior in the moment with confidence, and use the Girl Scout Law to reinforce respectful, girl-led environment.
